Frozen Fries

Our frozen French fries are made from high-quality, freshly harvested non-GMO potato varieties specifically cultivated for frying, such as Kufri Chipsona or Lady Rosetta, sourced from certified farms in India.

These potatoes are washed, peeled, cut into specific shapes and sizes, blanched, partially fried, and then frozen using advanced Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology. The freezing process ensures the product retains its natural flavor, texture, and nutritional value. These French fries are convenient, easy to prepare, and cater to the needs of foodservice operators, fast food chains, hotels, and supermarkets globally.

Non Basmati Rice (IR64)

Non-Basmati IR64 rice is a long-grain rice variety cultivated primarily in India.

Unlike the more fragrant Basmati rice, IR64 is appreciated for its neutral flavor, affordability, and suitability for everyday meals. It is widely used in catering, household consumption, and bulk food supply due to its affordability and versatility.

Known for its consistency in cooking, IR64 has a firm texture and does not stick easily, making it ideal for dishes where separate grains are preferred.
